Join Oregon Bay Area Beautification as they embark upon their first project of 2023 in partnership with the North Bend Parks Department. This family friendly clean up effort will be focusing on Winsor Disc Golf Course, Ferry Road Park, Simpson Park as well as a portion of 101 south from the McCullough bridge.
Projects include litter clean up, mulching, invasive species removed and abandoned camp clearing. Please park at Ferry Road Park and look for the sign in there. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear, bring work gloves, tools for invasive plant removal and trash grabbers if you have them.
The sign in starts at 12:30 PM at Ferry Road park and the volunteer project goes from 1-3 PM. This event is rain or shine (so be prepared) but will be rescheduled to the 3rd Saturday if there are dangerous conditions.
