The Hooligans Car Club is doing their 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat event, hosted at the local Napa Store on Q Street, the Trunk or Treat will be ready to dazzle all who stop by. This event is open to all special interest vehicles and an award will be granted for the scariest trunk. any participating cars must decorate their trunk or car to participate and bring lots of candy, as it’s always packed! Come dressed up and help provide a beautiful safe environment for the community kids.
