Join Oregon Bay Area Beautification Members and Coos Bay Parks Department this 2nd Saturday for a cleaning project at the Coos Bay Boardwalk. Together, we can clean and make the Boardwalk beautiful for all to enjoy. This project is open to anyone who would like to help out and will have work projects for all. Some of the activities include blackberry removal, weed-eating, scotch broom pulling, and trash cleanup. If you would like to help out, please come prepared with appropriate clothing, shoes, work gloves, and sunscreen. If you have cutting tools trash grabbers, brooms, or anything other tools, you’re more than welcome to bring them as well. This is a kids and family-friendly event, youth under 18 need to have a release form signed by a parent or guardian. Kids 14 and under will need adult supervision.
